Terms of Service

Last updated: July 8, 2026. This document is a starting template — please have it reviewed by legal counsel before you publish or rely on it.

01

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the SnapGo platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. If you use SnapGo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

02

The service

SnapGo operates a transportation marketplace that connects individuals and organizations with independent drivers and transportation providers. SnapGo coordinates and confirms transportation; rides may be fulfilled by vetted third-party providers and drivers on the network.

03

Bookings and scheduling

When you request a ride or submit a schedule, you provide accurate trip details. A booking is confirmed once our team reviews and accepts it. Recurring schedules run until you change or cancel them.

04

Pricing and payment

You receive a clear quote before a booking is confirmed — the quote is the price. Payment terms are provided at booking or in your program agreement. Recurring programs receive consistent scheduled pricing.

05

Cancellations and changes

You may modify or cancel a booking through our team. Changes made within the applicable window are handled at no additional cost; we will always work with you on last-minute changes.

06

Your responsibilities

When using the platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete booking and account information.
  • Be ready at the confirmed pickup time and location.
  • Treat drivers, providers, and staff with respect.
  • Use the platform only for lawful transportation purposes.
07

Drivers and providers

Independent drivers and providers who join the network agree to additional onboarding requirements, including background checks, vehicle inspections, valid licensing and insurance, and adherence to SnapGo's service standards.

08

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnapGo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

09

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
